Simulation design and research of Charge amplifier based on ADS

The bending, twisting, or vibration of coaxial and multi-wire cables can introduce signal noise, primarily dominated by the triboelectric effect. Cables designed to minimize triboelectric noise are known as low-noise cables, widely used for transmitting sensitive signals in medical instruments and precision sensors. This paper presents the design of a triboelectric charge amplifier for low-noise cables, validated through ADS simulation. Experimental results indicate that the amplifier can effectively amplify charges in the sub-femto-Coulomb range, sufficient to characterize triboelectric noise in high-performance coaxial cables.
