Diop Fatimatou, Mamadou Ba, Alie Ndiaye, Ibrahima Ngom, Samuel Ouya · 2025

The research presents an innovative technological solution to modernize agricultural training in Chad, integrating VXLAN, SDN, and Zeroconf to overcome infrastructure challenges and digital illiteracy in rural areas. By creating a secure, flexible, and accessible virtual network, this approach addresses the specific needs of the Chadian agricultural sector, where 80 % of the agricultural population is illiterate. The proposed architecture provides robust connectivity, centralized resource management, and simplified technological access, opening new perspectives for rural development and digital inclusion. Future prospects include extending this solution to other African regions, developing tailored training modules, and evaluating its socioeconomic impact, positioning this research as a significant contribution to modernizing agriculture in resource-limited contexts.
