Xi Li, Zejun Lu · 2024
With the exponential growth of global ecommerce, the challenges related to cross-border data security have become increasingly severe. This paper explores the current landscape of cross-border data governance in global ecommerce and investigates the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and Web 3.0 technologies to enhance data security. Techniques such as advanced data encryption algorithms, powered by AI, and the adoption of blockchain for decentralized data storage and access control are proposed as solutions to ensure secure transactions, regulatory compliance, and data traceability in cross-border e-commerce environments. A novel governance model for cross-border data security, rooted in AI and Web 3.0 technologies, is introduced, aiming to offer a more secure, efficient, and intelligent data management framework for global e-commerce ecosystems.
