Privacy and security are major issues for healthcare data management in cloud environment. Blockchain technology guarantees data integrity, patient-centric control, and confidentiality, therefore providing a decentralized method to handle such problems. The presented paper suggests a blockchain-based system including decentralized storage, smart contracts, and advanced cryptography approaches. To effectively control healthcare data, the platform combines a consortium blockchain model, off-chain cloud storage, and userfriendly access for stakeholders. The reviews of performance have shown a 40% transaction cost decrease, a 50% throughput increase, and a 35% decrease in the level of latency. Based on the regulatory guidelines worldwide such as the HIPAA and GDPR, the present work emphasizes the way that the system could lead to revolutionizing the management of the health-care data.
