Leveraging Blockchain Technology for Immutable Audit Trails in Government Access Management: A Scalable AWS Cloud-Based Framework

In this paper, we propose a high scale framework using blockchain technology inside the AWS cloud infrastructure to assure immutable audit trails in government access management system.The system integrates Amazon Managed Blockchain (Hyperledger Fabric), Amazon QLDB and AWS Lambda to provide secure, decentralized authorization secured by cryptographic audit log.It tackles and offers a framework to the key challenges in transparency, security and in regulatory compliance.It enforces reliability as well as minimizes the infrastructure overhead through real time event processing and by controlling access to the contract that advocates the access control.It presents the proposed solution of low latency performance and high audit ability as a robust frame work for secure interagency collaboration.When it comes to AI powered access governance and blockchain interoperability globally, future will take place in this regard.
