Research on intrusion detection technology based on chi-square test and LDOF algorithm

In the field of intrusion detection, high-dimensional data processing has always been a difficult problem. In view of this, this study pioneered the integration of the chi-square test and the LDOF algorithm to explore a new intrusion detection path. In the specific operation, the advantages of the chi-square test are first used to screen key features, greatly reduce the data dimension, and then accurately locate the core information. On this basis, the LDOF factor of each data object is calculated to lock the abnormal data. A series of experiments have fully confirmed that the detection method formed by the integration of the two performs well in dealing with high-dimensional network data, detects abnormalities efficiently and quickly, and effectively controls the false positive rate, providing strong support for the optimization and upgrading of intrusion detection technology.
