Analysis of Collaborative Development between AI and Traditional Librarians in Academic Libraries

本研究以人机共生、价值共创为核心范式，通过技术融合、能力互补与制度重构，构建“效率–温度”并重的智慧服务生态。研究提出“双轨制分工协作”模式，明确AI承担标准化任务，馆员聚焦高阶知识服务，并通过组织重构与伦理治理保障协同效能，推动图书馆从“资源仓储”向“创新枢纽”的范式跃迁。This study centers on human-AI symbiosis and value co-creation as core paradigms, aiming to construct an efficiency-temperature balanced intelligent service ecosystem through technological integration, capability complementarity and institutional restructuring. It proposes a dual-track division of cooperative model, where AI handles standardized tasks while librarians focus on high-order knowledge services. By reorganizing institutions and implementing ethical governance, this framework ensures synergistic efficiency, propelling libraries from being “resource repositories” to becoming “innovation hubs” through a paradigm shift.
