Sahil bucha · African Journal of Biomedical Research · 2022
The research shows how to connect e-commerce logistics platforms with cloud services while protecting personal data at all times. By examining worldwide e-commerce patterns plus data increase and environmental problems the research shows major balancing issues between data security and operating performance. The study also analyses AWS and Alibaba Cloud to show how businesses effectively build secure cloud-based logistics systems. The results show e-commerce sales will double from 2021 to 2027 and data volumes will grow to 149 zettabytes by 2024 which proves the reason behind the privacy frameworks need strengthening. This research also presents how organisations must follow data privacy laws (GDPR and CCPA) to run their supply chain operations successfully. Further, the recommendations combine planned cloud integration efforts with security assessments and extensive employee training to help cloud logistics services grow strongly without losing customer faith.
