Murali Krishna Pasupuleti · International Journal of Academic and Industrial Research Innovations(IJAIRI) · 2025

Abstract: This research paper investigates the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI), quantum technologies, and digital infrastructure as the foundation of next-generation digital ecosystems. Focusing on their transformative roles in finance, governance, and public service delivery, the study leverages statistical modeling, entropy-centrality analysis, and predictive simulations to assess the impact of AI integration and quantum readiness on infrastructure performance. The findings reveal that both AI and quantum technologies significantly enhance operational efficiency, reduce systemic vulnerabilities, and enable adaptive, resilient ecosystems. By synthesizing insights from quantum finance, intelligent networks, and secure cloud architectures, the paper presents a unified framework for reimagining digital public infrastructure in the 21st century. This work contributes to the evolving discourse on digital sovereignty, infrastructure intelligence, and sustainable digital transformation. Keywords: digital ecosystems, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, quantum finance, public infrastructure, digital transformation, infrastructure resilience, e-governance, predictive analytics, entropy analysis, smart cities, digital sovereignty
