Abstract: Areal-timemessagenotification system is proposed to enhance communication and coordination within the MidDayMeal Program. This system utilizes technologyto deliver timelynotifications andupdates tokeystakeholders, including beneficiaries, schools, suppliers, and program administrators. Additionally, it features a malnutrition assessment module, allowing real-time monitoring of students' nutritional health. Byensuringswiftdissemination ofcriticalinformationsuchas menu modifications, delivery schedules, and malnutrition analysis,thesystemaimstooptimizeoperationalefficiencyand streamline program execution. This communication tool enhancestransparency,accountability,andengagementamong stakeholders, ultimately supporting the program’s goal of providing nutritious meals to school children. Furthermore, it assistsgovernmentauthoritiesin analysingmalnutritiontrends forinformeddecision-making.Theobjectiveofthispaperisto develop an efficient monitoring system that strengthens the effectiveness of the Mid-Day Meal Program while ensuring accountability and transparency at every level.
