Leveraging Game Behavior Biometrics for Enhanced User Authentication

User authentication is widely viewed as a fundamental requirement to achieve secure and reliable information technology environment. The future prospects of the gaming industry with the help of game behavior biometrics as an innovative solution in the sphere of improving users authentication. This paper aims at discussing the idea of game behavior biometrics and the idea behind this form of authentications which acquires its basis from the actions as well as behavior exhibited by users within the game. This unconventional approach to authenticate users is very effective and relevant for increasing the level of security in the critical applications like Aerospace and Satellite Communication Systems, Secure Government portals, Critical Infrastructure Control Systems, Defense Information systems, etc. The application provides high performance, which is supported by 0. 015% False Acceptance Rate and 0. 014% False Negative Rate. The total time taken to match the template is recorded as 0.02 milliseconds.
