Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming healthcare, leading to the creation of novel applications. Intelligent chatbots, in particular, hold immense potential for improving patient interaction and optimizing initial diagnosis. This paper presents an AI-powered healthcare chatbot designed to offer accessible, timely, and evidence-based guidance to patients experiencing a diverse range of symptoms. This chatbot addresses fundamental health inquiries and improves the efficiency of healthcare delivery by optimizing the initial point of patient contact. The primary objective is to enhance diagnostic sensitivity and promote patient self-management while building user trust. This research represents a significant stride towards a more integrated and responsive digital healthcare solution, bridging the gaps in traditional healthcare accessibility and efficiency.
