The financial services sector has the potential to improve banking experiences by incorporating brain-computer interface (BCI) technology, which could lead to more efficient, secure, and customised services. By facilitating direct communication between the human brain and external technologies, BCI presents unique opportunities for the creation of innovative financial solutions. This research investigates a variety of applications of BCI, such as real-time tailored financial advice, emotion-based decision-making, and enhanced biometric security. By employing neural signals, financial organisations can improve the quality of client interactions, detect deception, and increase user engagement. Additionally, the pioneering impact of BCI on financial inclusion is demonstrated by its ability to simplify complex transactions and provide accessibility for individuals with impairments. The research also addresses ethical considerations and other potential obstacles that may arise in the financial industry's adoption of BCI technology.
