The Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4I-SR) system is a crucial component of modern military operations but faces significant challenges such as data overload, human decision-making limitations, and lack of system interoperability. The vast amount of data often slows down intelligence analysis, while human constraints in processing information quickly can impact the effectiveness of battlefield responses. To address these issues, this research proposes the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) based on deep learning into C4I-SR systems, which can enhance data processing speed, automate decision-making, and improve operational effectiveness. Using a deep learning-based approach, this study employs experiments, simulations, and data analysis from various AI-driven military applications to evaluate the effectiveness of AI in enhancing C4I-SR performance. Case studies from NATO and allied forces demonstrate how AI has successfully accelerated intelligence processing, strengthened cybersecurity, and optimized communication and battlefield coordination. The findings confirm that deep learning-based AI can provide a strategic advantage for military operations, but its implementation requires careful consideration of data security, ethical concerns, and regulatory policies to ensure it is applied effectively. This research contributes to both theoretical and practical advancements in military C4I-SR and AI integration, offering valuable insights for policymakers and military practitioners, and setting directions for future research.
