This research proposes a Blockchain-Enabled Trust Management Framework integrated with Federated Learning (FL) to improve security, transparency, and efficiency in healthcare supply chains. Leveraging IoRT devices (RFID, sensors, drones), the model ensures real-time data collection, traceability, and authenticity. A hybrid blockchain-FL approach supports decentralized AI training while preserving data privacy. The framework includes trust-based participation, gradient similarity checks, and rollback mechanisms to counter adversarial attacks. A blockchain-based consensus ensures secure model validation and cryptographic integrity. Evaluation using an Adaptive Hybrid Blockchain FL Algorithm and MSE metrics confirms improved AI accuracy, node regulation, and model integrity. The study demonstrates the model's scalability and resilience, offering a secure and efficient solution for healthcare supply chain management.
