Our research addresses growing worries about data centers' environmental footprint, especially relevant as Romania's tech landscape expands rapidly.We wanted to understand what Romanian consumers actually think about eco-friendly hosting options and whether sustainability factors into their purchasing decisions.We have surveyed 270 people who use hosting services in Romania and discovered that there's an increasing level of awareness about environmental issues in.Many respondents told us they'd happily pay extra for greener hosting alternatives and expressed support for initiatives like the "Green Sticker" program we proposed.Not everyone cares equally about sustainability, of course.But we discovered a promising market segment, particularly among customers with bigger budgets and younger users who worry about their carbon footprint.This presents a real opportunity for hosting companies to stand out by going green.The government needs to be involved as well.Our research suggests policies encouraging energy efficiency in the hosting industry could make a significant difference.When hosting providers align their offerings with consumers' environmental Greening the Cloud -Perception of Hosting Services in Sustainable Datacenters across Romania https://iaeme.com/Home/journal/IJMHRM 2
