The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in government operations is transforming public services by enhancing efficiency and responsiveness. This paper examines the Gov.in Secure Intranet platform, highlighting its AI-powered features like meeting scheduling, document summarization, and phonetic search. These technologies significantly streamline administrative tasks, improve decision-making, and boost productivity. The study also discusses challenges such as data privacy and algorithmic bias and suggests directions for future research in AI-driven governance. This work contributes to understanding how recent advancements in AI and ML can enhance government efficiency and effectiveness.
