The Rawang Village Information System (SIDERA) is a village application system developed by Bina Nusantara University students in 2022 to support the services in Rawang Village, Pariaman City, Indonesia. However, during its operation, the system encountered various issues that rendered it unusable. This research aims to redevelop the Rawang Village Information System (SIDERA) to meet the village’s needs, introducing features such as a pinpoint map of residents’ addresses and a panic button to disseminate timely information during emergencies. The information system development was developed using Agile Scrum, which integrates user feedback through the black box and usability testing to prioritize functional efficiency and user satisfaction. The black box test results showed that 51 test items met expectations, while usability testing from 20 random respondents from Rawang Village scored 80.25, indicating "good" usability. From the test results, it can be concluded that the redevelopment Rawang Village information system (SIDERA) functionally has output as expected and has been positively received by users. This system helps villages adapt modern information systems to rural community needs, leveraging technology to streamline administrative processes and support a panic button feature in emergencies.
