Ensuring the security of resources while maintaining communication, within today&s;s processes can pose some challenges. The traditional file transmission techniques are not ensured with high data security. Even though encrypted storage is better solution but still there are problems arising with the authentication and can leads to data loss. To overcome these problems, we are introducing a unique blockchain based hierarchical management and access control system. Our method enables traceability, accurate authorization, and top-down approach for accessing an organization without increasing the complexity of management of a key. We also implemented a new way of sharing files in a hierarchical structure using Ethereum blockchain and Inter-Planetary File System (IPFS) for maintaining security and reliability Besides, performance and security investigations are fulfilled to validate the effectiveness of our proposed system. Also taking into account the parameters like algorithm type, security, performance, and key space, we put forward a systematic approach for evaluating and comparing current blockchain technology algorithms to determine which are the most noteworthy.
