Jiaqi Wei · Art and Design · 2025

With the rapid development of technology, human-machine collaboration and product-service system (PSS) design have gradually become hot topics in research and practice. This paper explores how human-machine collaboration can achieve intelligence and personalization within product-service systems, emphasizing the importance of user emotional experience and ecological environment in the design process, in line with the concept of symbiotic aesthetics.First, by elaborating on the design principles of human-machine interaction, the paper analyzes the impact of usability, accessibility, and emotional design on user experience.Second, it discusses the effective integration of algorithms and user participation, highlighting the crucial role of data collection and user feedback in design iteration.Next, through the analysis of case studies such as smart fitness devices, smart homes, and smart agriculture, the paper demonstrates the practical applications of human-machine collaboration and symbiotic aesthetics and the improvements they bring.By synthesizing these elements, this paper aims to provide new perspectives and methods for the PSS design field, advocating for a deep integration of human-machine collaboration and symbiotic aesthetics to achieve a higher level of user experience and sustainable development goals.
