People who are deaf & dumb Only their hand gestures and facial expressions are used to comouttmunicate with others. It will be suggested a novel method for dumb individuals called artificial speaking mouth. Some people may effortlessly deduce information from their body language. The Mems Sensor is the foundation of this system. Dumb people claim that every motion has a purpose. A database contains that message. Similarly, every template is obtained from a database. The Mems Sensor is fastened to hand while the template information is fed into MC in real time. The MEMS sensor expands with each action and sends a signal to the every action and notifies the MC of it. The MC generates a voice signal after comparing the motion with the database. The speaker serves as the system’s output. The dumb will use the artificial mouth to speak normally if the database is updated correctly.
