The Impact of Using Blockchain Technology on Environmental Accounting: A Literature Review

This study aims to explore the impact of blockchain on the environmental accounting in the Jordanian business environment and the impact it may have on many different industries. The research used the descriptive approach by reviewing the theoretical literature and trying to relate the variables of the study to each other. The research summarized that there is a strong relationship between the adoption of blockchain on the environmental accounting in various business organizations and its high control over financial transactions and achieving a high degree of security in the light of technological development.
