As blockchain technology rapidly evolves and standardized servicesgrow, deploying FinTech solutions and decentralized applicationsbecomes easier. For long-term adoption, organizations must alignblockchain management with their goals. We propose a heterogeneousblockchain mechanism enabling decentralized, cross-chain transactionsvia a dynamically generated virtual blockchain. This ensuresconsensus and traceability with reduced computational overhead. Itsmodularity allows seamless integration into existing systems.Experiments confirm cross-chain transactions complete in under 33seconds, demonstrating practical feasibility and lower computationalcosts than side/relay chains, making it ideal for systems withinfrequent cross-chain needs.
