During home maintenance, LLM (large language Model) can help front-line personnel quickly locate problems, effectively shorten service processing time and fault recovery time, and improve user satisfaction. However, LLM is also prone to hallucination and difficult to deal with complex calculations. Therefore, this patent proposes a home wide installation and maintenance solution based on LLM-Agent, The LLM-Agent model predicts future traffic trends based on historical traffic data and current network conditions. This predictive capability helps operators better schedule and optimize resources, ensuring stable network performance even during peak hours. At the same time, it can also help users better plan network usage and avoid unnecessary traffic waste.
