X starting from creation, maintenance, use, and depreciation whether it has been implemented properly. The results obtained from this study are that the dynamic archive handling system at PT. As well as in terms of storage and retrieval of dynamic archives still using a manual system. Through these obstacles, it can trigger problems in the future. Although in the archive handling system there are several things that are positive points, this does not cover that the handling of dynamic archives at PT. X is still not going well. Therefore, PT.
