VTLS has released VITAL, another open-source, OAI-compliant institutional repository software package. From the web site: For more details see the press release (October 21). (PS: VITAL is a Fedora plug-in. I would have blogged VITAL the other day, but I confused it with VALET, the other open-source Fedora plug-in from VTLS (a submission module for ETD's), which I blogged earlier this month.
