In order to optimize the post-disaster resilience of distribution network in response to extreme events, this paper proposes an improved Harris Hawks optimization (HHO) algorithm to solve the coordination problem between fault reconfiguration and emergency repair in distribution network. First, a two-layer optimization model for coordinated fault reconfiguration and repair strategies is constructed by comprehensively considering the improvement of system resilience during fault repair and the restoration of critical loads after the repair is completed. Secondly, an improved HHO algorithm is proposed to solve the repair model to obtain the optimal repair sequence, and correspondingly, the switch reconfiguration scheme for distribution networks after extreme events is rolled up, so as to obtain the optimal post-disaster distribution network restoration strategy under the framework of organic combination of the two. Finally, the proposed strategy is simulated and verified using the IEEE-33 nodes. The results show that the proposed strategy fully considers the cooperative relationship between fault reconfiguration and repair, and has certain superiority in enhancing the resilience of distribution networks after disasters.
