Trustworthy cloud service selection is a major concern in growing marketplaces. The Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) has developed a framework for cloud providers to self-assess their security policies and capabilities. This framework allows users to choose a cloud service based on the capabilities and controls published by providers. Cloud services improve efficiency in managing IT resources and operations.
