Decision-Making Strategies Based on System Optimization

The actuality of the usage of knowledge-oriented decision-making approach based on the use of system optimization, ontologies and context is shown. The features of modern decision-making tasks are identified, and the principles of building procedures to support applied decision-making that require the use of system optimization are identified. Typical procedures for system optimization have been developed, based on the context and synthesis of different points of view in decision-making, incompatibility of decision-making tasks due to the emergence of problem situations or due to limiting factors, etc. Decision-making strategies based on system optimization are presented, which determine the creation, integration and adaptation of decision-making processes. The requirements for their implementation are described.
