The growing complexity of cloud infrastructures necessitates innovative approaches to fault management. Traditional fault detection and self-healing mechanisms often rely on extensive metrics and empirical testing, which can be resource-intensive and slow. This paper proposes a groundbreaking approach that utilizes AI-driven cognitive models and semantic understanding to anticipate and address faults in cloud environments. By incorporating advanced natural language processing (NLP) and cognitive reasoning, the proposed system aims to comprehend and predict faults based on the semantic context of system behavior and configuration changes. This novel approach eliminates the need for conventional metrics and testing by focusing on cognitive and semantic analysis to drive proactive fault management and autonomous recovery actions.
