AI-Enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Systems for Private and Public Cloud Security
Pravin Pandey · 2025
With the ever-increasing rate of cloud service adoption, strong security for both private and public cloud infrastructures has become an issue of high importance. Traditional methods of authentication cannot effectively handle sophisticated cyber threats; hence, the need for more advanced solutions. This paper presents an AI-enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) framework that enhances cloud security by leveraging AI techniques for behavioral analysis, anomaly detection, and dynamic decision-making. Using real-world datasets, this framework extracts user behavior, device characteristics, and contextual information to evaluate authentication requests dynamically. Implementation results demonstrate significant improvements in accuracy, threat detection, and user convenience, reducing unauthorized access while maintaining security.
