A successful community depends on critical infrastructures (CIs), which include banks, electric power lines, medical centers, and transit networks. These CIs are essential to both economic growth and public security. However, in the past few decades, they have grown more susceptible to cyberattacks and threats. The primary cause is their incapacity to use modern cryptography structures, develop a safe design depending on their features, and swiftly adjust to technical advancements. Due to the need for traditional embedded solutions, which eventually result in poor efficiency, securing medical image data on a system poses significant challenges. It presents an opportunity for exploitation and illegal data collection. Furthermore, there were several issues with the earlier picture security-oriented methods, such as lengthy implementation durations. This study led to a new CI paradigm known as Graphical Convolution-oriented Twofish Safety (GCOTS) for safeguarding the medical scans employed in medical settings. Healthcare statistics are taken from the Kaggle website and encompassed into the suggested structure. The entered data is preprocessed to eliminate disturbances, and the hash 1 data is calculated. These divided medical scans are then encrypted employing the obtained credentials for encryption of their contents. To confirm the identification of the consumer, the encrypted statistics also compute the hash 2 data in comparison to the hash 1 data. The records are decrypted using a common essential after the validation process is finished, returning them to their initial state and granting approved users accessibility.
