Upon further review of the published article, we have identified the following errors that require correction in the paper, "Reservoir computing-based mental simulation for direct action sequence optimization" in Nonlinear Theory and Its Applications, IEICE, published in April 2024.The errors noted in these errata are due to a descriptive error.They do not affect the main conclusions of this paper in any way.
