The article is devoted to the problem of forming technical requirements for stationary special technical means for covert location identification of radio-electronic mean. Attention is drawn to the means of management and processing of technical means for positioning surveillance subscribers of electronic communication network of mobile communication. It is noted that the requirements for specified means given in the article are expedient to be used by licensees of the Security Service of Ukraine, as well as by authorized bodies during the preparation, implementation or verification of the results of the operational search, counter-intelligence, reconnaissance measures or covert investigative (search) actions to identify the location of radio-electronic means.
