Design and implement a reliable and scalable identification of ID cards recognition system that can accurately identify individuals are wearing their designated ID cards or not in real-time, and automate the attendance tracking, prevent the unauthorized access, thereby enhancing the organizational security and compliance in educational institutions and workplaces. The proposed project is to create identity card detection with face recognition system that is suitable for educational institutions and exam centers. The technologies are used in deep learning techniques. We are using Dlib for generating face encodings and computer vision techniques along with sophisticated object detection techniques. Easy attendance tracking are made possible by the systems structured methodology, which involves training student faces and matching corresponding photos of ID cards. Such as individuals without ID cards, send the notification to administrators for identity approval, enhancing organizational integrity. Results demonstrate the efficacy of the system in accurately detecting individuals with their own ID cards and marking attendance efficiently. The project contributes to the advancement of identification card recognition technology, with implications for educational institutions, offices, and examination centers and another process is a student roaming on college campus through CCTV cameras scan the student image and ID card and send notification to respective department. The high accuracy in detecting individuals with their own ID card and with an accuracy of 95% or higher using advanced object detection techniques and deep learning algorithms.
