This study introduces a novel approach to the generation of equivalence certificates that employs hybrid quantum-classical algorithms and Qiskit tools. In our increasingly globalized society, equivalence certificates are essential for the recognition of a variety of educational and professional credentials. Modern qualifications' complexity and diversity frequently present challenges for conventional assessment methods. The accuracy and efficacy of credential evaluation are improved by incorporating quantum algorithms such as Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithms (QAOA) and Variational Quantum Eigensolvers (VQE) in conjunction with classical machine learning models. Our method, which is based on the open-source Qiskit platform from IBM, enables the seamless integration of classical and quantum computations. Experimental results indicate substantial enhancements in the accuracy of evaluations and the speed of processing in comparison to traditional methods. This development has the potential to expand and implement our methodology in a variety of fields that necessitate credential equivalence assessment, thereby demonstrating a substantial stride forward in the practical application of quantum computing.
