Invisible Character-Based Steganography in Social Network Behaviors

With the rapid development of social networks, the use of human behavior to achieve information hiding has become a hot spot in current steganography research. In this paper, we propose a social network behavioral steganography based on invisible characters. The method realizes information transmission by embedding invisible characters in the common friend dynamics of the sender and the receiver, and using the time interval of social behaviors. The receiver, in turn, extracts the secret information by periodically obtaining information about the social behaviors of the mutual friends. Experimental results show that the method has significant advantages in improving the capacity and security of message delivery, and can effectively resist brute-force and impersonation attacks while keeping the communication covert.
