Even though virtual meetings are in use as the key communication source, there exists a greater requirement now that the privacy of these telemeetings needs to be assured and guaranteed. This paper therefore presents a novel approach towards boosting video conferencing systems’ security and transparency concerns in the adoption of the blockchain technology. It would utilize blockchain’s decentralized ledger for proper and safely secured meeting data using tamper-proof and transparent controls with access. Since smart contracts can actually automate rules governing access, thus reducing reliance on central authorities, it also mitigates the risks of unauthorized entry, data breaches, and inherent security failures. The immutable nature of blockchain ensures that all access control data is safely recorded and cannot be changed: this is very important for the integrity of the data as well as for supporting auditability in general. For instance, this can ensure regulatory compliance by providing a robust and transparent audit trail. Our solution also answered key challenges such as scalability and user experience by adding a streamlined interface, thus making it accessible and efficient for a wide range of users. With these innovations, this paper provides a whole-rounded blockchain-driven platform that empowers people with enhanced security, privacy, and trust for any safer and more efficient virtual collaboration in today’s digital landscape.
