One of the skills that candidates must have to get an interview is good preparation, which is through the performance and the perception of their abilities and behavior.The traditional interview preparation is considered methods of contact primarily auxiologic research, written narrative questions and coordinating oral responses.On the other hand, a more profound method would include contextual dynamics of an interview, such as the form, setting, and the comprehended effect on the interviewer and the applicant.This paper presents an interview preparation model (IPM) that combines contextual analysis and confidence analysis to train candidates' understanding of the interview process better
