Xi Zhu, Jun Zhou · 2024
Electronic archive management has become an important component of modern information management. However, with the increasing use of data mining algorithms, electronic archive management is facing some challenges. The main issue is the security and privacy of sensitive data. Data mining algorithms can extract personal information from electronic archives, leading to privacy breaches. Another issue is the accuracy and reliability of data mining results. Electronic archives contain a large amount of data, ensuring accurate and reliable results obtained through data mining can be a challenge. In addition, electronic archives may contain incomplete or inconsistent data, which may affect the quality of the results. In order to solve these problems, countermeasures must be taken. The first and most important thing is to ensure that sensitive information is fully protected through strong security measures such as encryption and access control. Secondly, regular audits should be conducted to ensure the completeness and consistency of data in electronic archives. In summary, although data mining algorithms have revolutionized electronic archive management by providing valuable insights for large datasets, they also pose significant challenges that must be addressed through appropriate strategies to ensure their effectiveness in managing electronic archives. This article introduces and compares the current situation of archive management in power dispatch enterprises both domestically and internationally, analyzes the objects of archive management in power dispatch enterprises, the role and significance of archive work, and the workflow of archive management. It also analyzes the overall electronic archive management system, describes the basic characteristics and functions of the system, and provides the process of each functional module of the system.
