This report provides a step-by-step approach to decoding Morse Code using eye blinks as a means of communication. Morse Code is a system that represents letters, numbers, and symbols using dots and dashes. By assigning specific durations to blinks, such as short blinks for dots and longer blinks for dashes, individuals can communicate messages through eye movements. This project emphasizes the importance of familiarizing oneself with Morse Code and establishing clear communication protocols. It also highlights the need for practice to improve proficiency in decoding Morse Code using eye blinks. While this method offers an alternative means of communication in situations where speech or hand movement is restricted, it requires careful attention to blink duration and pauses between blinks to accurately interpret the transmitted messages.
