In response to the growing demand for healthcare in remote areas, healthcare professionals are compelled to seek innovative solutions. Telemedicine emerges as an effective answer, enhancing access to care and optimizing the use of medical resources. It strengthens interactions between patients and healthcare providers without requiring physical travel and facilitates the remote monitoring of vital signs. This paper presents the design of a low-cost, energyefficient telemedicine platform for medical consultations in remote areas. The system enables real-time collection and visualization of vital parameters such as ECG, SpO2, heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature. It leverages lowpower sensors and commercially available modules, integrating data processing algorithms to improve diagnostic accuracy. The solution includes an acquisition unit, a communication unit, a management platform, and visualization interfaces tailored to the challenges of remote locations.
