This venture centers on the plan and improvement of a web-based Vehicle Administration Framework (VMS) planning for utilization as an inside Undertaking Asset Arranging (ERP) device inside an organization. The VMS improves operational efficiency and transparency by automating crucial procedures such as resource tracking, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle request management. Administrators can accept or deny requests for vehicles based on availability, destination, and condition. The main features will include mileage-based maintenance, use statistics that can be audited, and auto-renewals for insur- ance reminders. The system uses IoT sensors and predictive analytics for real-time vehicle monitoring, which enables the prevention of possible maintenance and reduced operating costs. With blockchain technology, transactions are always transparent, with safe data handling and less wastage of resources. Role- based access restrictions allow the easy interaction between administrators, fleet managers, and drivers while protecting the sensitive data involved. The VMS fosters cost-effective resource management and aligns operations with business goals through reduced human errors and maximum fleet utilization.
