Along with the rapid progress of technology and the deepening digitization of all sectors of society, both individuals and enterprises are showing more and more obvious and growing demand for their own data security and privacy protection, and blockchain technology, due to its unique decentralization and tamper-proof characteristics, has become an emerging means to guarantee data security and privacy. At the same time, big data analytics also shows great potential in improving decision-making efficiency and accuracy. However, both technologies also face the risk of privacy leakage. This chapter explores the issue of how to protect data privacy in blockchain-based big data analytics. The chapter proposes a framework for constructing a decentralized privacy protection mechanism, combining the distributed ledger characteristics of blockchain and the technical advantages of big data analytics. The study provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the application and development of blockchain and big data analytics in the field of privacy protection. Blockchain technology enhances privacy protection in big data analytics through cryptographic algorithms, decentralized features, data backup and recovery mechanisms, and smart contracts, providing strong support for the field of big data analytics. The experimental results show that the decentralized privacy protection mechanism framework proposed in this chapter can effectively enhance the privacy protection capability and lay the foundation for building a more secure, open and fair data ecology.
