Abstract Need for the Study As global markets become more complex and competitive, companies need to update their supply chain management (SCM) practices to stay competitive. Hyper Automation 2.0 provides an excellent opportunity to shift from individual, paper-based processes to connected, complete solutions. This study is important for understanding the potential advantages and challenges of integrating such advanced technologies into SCM. It aims to demonstrate how advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain can transform SCM into a more integrated and cooperative system, enhancing competitiveness in a global market. Methodology This chapter utilizes a combination of case studies, industry examples, and a literature review to analyze the impact of Hyper Automation 2.0 on SCM. It examines the integration of these technologies and their role in fostering ecosystem collaboration, identifying best practices, and proposing solutions to adoption barriers. Findings The findings reveal that organizations embracing Hyper Automation 2.0 experience improved efficiency, reduced costs, and increased flexibility. Key factors contributing to these improvements include clear communication, trust among partners, and robust technology systems. However, challenges such as data security, compatibility issues, and partnership divisions persist, necessitating comprehensive guidelines and benchmarks for effective implementation. Practical Implications This chapter underscores the importance of adopting Hyper Automation 2.0 to enhance SCM collaboration and resilience. Identifying best practices and offering solutions to common challenges provides actionable insights for businesses seeking to implement these technologies. The study emphasizes that addressing communication, trust, and technology integration issues can lead to more responsive and sustainable supply chain operations.
