With the increasing frequency of extreme compound disasters, their impact on distribution networks has intensified. To fully leverage the role of distributed generation in distribution networks during compound disasters, this paper proposes a strategy that considers dynamic reconfiguration and island partition to ensure the supply of critical loads during extreme events. An integrated load restoration mathematical model combines network dynamic reconfiguration and island partition strategies to minimize load shedding and switching operation costs. The model's effectiveness is verified through tests on an improved PG&E 69-node distribution system. Our approach significantly reduces load shedding and operational costs of the distribution network, thereby enhancing the system’s resilience and emergency response capability to compound disasters.
