In recent years, a major change has taken place in the global corporate landscape. Organizations are experiencing a shift in mindset, moving from a sole focus on profit margins to a broader commitment to sustainability ( Unruh et al., 2016 ). This shift shows a growing recognition of the need to adopt circular economy principles, which emphasize the conservation of resources, waste minimization, and environmental responsibility ( Gupta et al., 2019 ).
