Traditional multi-core processor designs face challenges related to underutilized resources during program execution, particularly when cores encounter halts, such as when waiting for subroutines or lengthy tasks. This underutilization can result in reduced system efficiency and responsiveness. To address this problem, our concept incorporates dynamic load balancing, multi-threading, and a 5-stage pipelining approach, allowing a second core to work concurrently with the first core during execution halts. This integrated approach optimizes resource utilization, minimizes idle times, and enhances the overall execution time of programs. Mechanisms for task scheduling, synchronization, and communication are essential for effective implementation, ensuring seamless collaboration between cores without conflicts or data inconsistencies.
