Big Tech

The Issue: The five companies designated Big Tech: Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Google/Alphabet, and Facebook/Meta are all big; they are all relatively new, and they all innovate. Overall, consumers like what they are getting, but on the other hand, there is growing concern that Big Tech is too big and too influential. The question is what should be done about Big Tech, if anything. But first, we must understand what Big Tech is and what they do.
