It is a hashing approach for maintaining health data privacy. Block chain is decentralized and immutable, offering secure information storage while reducing the risk of manipulation. Still, our beloved block chain systems have endeavored for data privacy and scalability with old problems. In this research, we suggest a method to improve the real-time data integrity of healthcare systems based on block chain and efficient cryptographic encryption schemes. The system uses a hybrid approach of storing data immutably on block chain and advanced encryption techniques to provide improved privacy and scalability. The entire patient data is encrypted with efficient cryptographic algorithms before being added to the chain in the proposed system so only valid users can access this stored information. In addition, the data is kept on a private permissioned block chain where access can be granted only by an authorized healthcare provider. The application of sophisticated data encryption and a private permissioned block chain secures data privacy and provides nodes scalability by reducing the computational overhead (and cache store). Our System Also Has Provision for Real-Time Monitoring & Audit to Know If Anyone Tries To Tamper the Data
